- Refund Policy:
- Cancellation:
- A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least 2 hours prior to your appointment.
- You may also rebook your appointment for a later available time slot instead of receiving a refund.
- If you cancel less than 2 hours before your appointment a $20 cancellation fee will be charged from your refund.
- If you fail to show up for your appointment (no-show), you will not be issued a refund and you will not be allowed to reschedule.
- Monthly Bookings:
- You may cancel your monthly booking at any time. However:
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of the month, you will receive a 75% refund of your monthly payment.
- Cancellations after the 7 days of the month will receive a 25% refund.
- Any unused hours will not be refunded.
- Unused Hours: Unused hours are not refundable, including those from monthly bookings. Monthly booking hours do not rollover to the next month.
- In the unforeseen event that the studio closes due to reasons beyond our control:
- For closures lasting 2-5 days: We will reschedule your appointment. If the rescheduled time slots don't work for you, we will issue a credit for the unused hours valid for the following month. We may also offer credit towards your next month's booking at your discretion.
For closures exceeding 5 days within your booking period: We will issue a prorated refund based on the number of unused hours due to the
closure.
If we are unable to reschedule your appointment due to the closure: You will be issued a full refund regardless of your cancellation notice.
Return Policy:
- Studio Cleaning and Equipment
- Cleanliness: The studio must be left clean upon departure. This includes disposing of all trash in receptacles and taking your personal items. A $20 cleaning fee will be charged if any trash is left behind.
- Equipment: Please ensure all equipment used during your session is placed back in its designated location.
